Sharepoint 2010 Error: all of site Cannot connect to the configuration database, except 1 site connect normaly

I have 3 sites in 1 farm. After I change password domain\administrator, I only can connect 1 site of 3 sites. 2 sites and SP central administration cannot connect and get error: Cannot connect to the configuration database.

How to fix it? Can anybody hep me?
