User Profile Sync shows updated name but in SharePoint permission grant people picker it still shows the old name

• The user has changed name in AD
• User Profile Sync is running on schedule
• Central Admin >User Profile search, the updated name is found

But in SharePoint grant permission people picker, still only the old name is found

Any fix to this problem?
