Working with Microsoft on a profile photo import problelm and while on the phone they say, "Now run a full user profile sync." I go to the sync settings, select Full and run it, go to Monitor and Job Status and it shows User Profile Service Application - User Profile Incremental Synchronization. We were told that after running the Full Sync 4 times, it'll reset the loop and start actually importing the photos again. They weren't too sure what was going wrong, but the first step is to find out why our Full Sync isn't running. Might fix more things than just the photos.
