Bar Graph representation using OOTB in sharepoint 2013?

Hello Techies,

I have requirement to develop a bar graph based on a custom list which contains all running projects and respective categories. I would like to use any suggestable OOTB functionalities?

Can you someone show me a path to reach my destination?
