Minimum access to edit UserProfiles?

Certain audiences are populated manually. We want to have our helpdesk get more involved in managing User Profiles and audiences. They do not have access to Central Admin otherwise.

What's the least privilege I can grant them to:

• Access the User Profile Service
• Manage Audiences
• Change Audience Rules
• Compile Audiences
