SharePoint 2010 client side authenication not working from Internet Explorer

Hi Everybody.

I've a problem with authentication on my SharePoint 2010 Frontend Server.

When i try to call the root site collection over the IE with the FQDN i got a Login prompt.

After three times entering the correct credentials  I will get a White site. Fiddler shows me an 401 error.

If I try the same using Firefox I am able to Access the Site Collection as same as using the IE to Access the site direkt on the WFE Server.

What could it be? I'm using Kerberos as authentication provider.

My second webfrontend Server has the same settings and do not have such Problems.
