Backup and Restore through CA Access Denied

Hello,

I've forgotten how the permissions between the SQL Server and SharePoint 2013 should be when you are using Central Administration Backups. The share that is the location for the backups has the farm account read /write but I remember something from SQL has to be in there as well. Is there anything else with the SQL server that I have to do?

Object SharePoint_Config failed in event OnBackup. For more information, see the spbackup.log or sprestore.log file located in the backup directory.
SqlException: Cannot open backup device '\\Fileserv3\Sharepoint_BK\spbr0000\000000DA.bak'. Operating system error 5(Access is denied.).
BACKUP DATABASE is terminating abnormally.
