enabling session after period of inactivity by end user and populate a message and redirect user to login page.

am having a FBA  enabled web application with claims based authentication on my SP 2010 .

its a DMS portal[ document management system] implementation.

i have implemented  custom login page  as well.

now customer wants to implement session on this web appln. like after a 10 minutes of inactivity , the end user has to redirect to login page./ there should be a message populated like "your session expired. please login again"

is it possible to implement this kind of scenario in SP 2010 WEB APPLN?
