Getting Error on sharepoint 2010 when selecting Manage Content and structure from site and unable to view reports

When I click on Manage Content and structure I'm getting below error (SharePoint 2010)

An unexpected error has occurred.

When I try to open any reports I'm getting below error.

An unexpected error has
occurred.

Web Parts Maintenace Page: If you have permission, you can use this page to

contact your site administrator.

Went through Logs I can see this error in Application Logs

An unexpected error occurred.  Error 47393.

I'm able to open the site without any issues but unable to manage or view reports. When I try to connect to Dashbord Designer

it says that " The URL is not available, does not reference a sharepoint site, or you do not have permission to content. I have all the permissions but still facing this issues. Please help
