To migrate site collection from moss 2007 to SharePoint 2010

Hi,

I have a content db size of 350 GB, which i need to migrate from moss 2007 to SharePoint 2010.

I have licensed version of Sharegate tool, but it is very slow.

Moss 2007 has sql server 2005 and SharePoint has 2008 R2 version. Once we backup from sql server 2005  and restore in sql server 2008 r2, and we need to change compatibility level from 90 to 110.

Can anyone please suggest best migration procedure to migrate site collection from moss 2007 to SharePoint 2010
