Hi
Im not sure where to post this question, but here we go.
Using visual studio 2015 enterprise and Visual studio test controller and test agent installed on 3 machines:
vm01 Test controller and Visual studio 2015 enterprise
vm02 Test Agent
Vm03 SQL server for Test Controller.
I am testing a 3 WFE SharePoint farm:
vm04 WFE 1 in NLB
vm05 WFE 2 in NLB
vm06 WFE 3 in NLB
vm07 SharePoint SQL
When running loadtests from the visual studio test machine vm01 towards the SharePoint farm with a defined amount of virtual users; 208 users (Opening different tabs in a site collection). The SharePoint SQL server CPU load quickly goes up to 100%CPU. The SharePoint
server CPU loads vary from 30-60%. Memorywise 20% on all SharePoint servers and SharePoint SQL.
Question:
Is it important for the test to keep the SharePoint SQL CPU load beneath 100%, meaning I would have to decrease number of virtual users in my test?
