Crawl of content excluded because of no-index meta-tag - but there are no "no-index" meta-tags in the content.

I am struggling with this error on some content. The error message is:

"The content for this address was excluded by the crawler because this item was marked with a no-index meta-tag. To index this item, remove the meta-tag and recrawl."

However, I've examined the web content in many ways including network sniffer and I find that there are no "no-index" meta tags in the content.

I have a SP2010 farm with FAST. The only thing suspicious in the ULS are these errors:

Also, crawl rules look fine. Tested the URLs and they passed.

I am going to switch to the Enterprise Crawler and test the same crawl, but I would like to solve this issue through the SP crawler.

Thanks,
Kevin
