User created project site giving 404 not found error

Hi Folks,

Relatively new to the SharePoint domain but maybe someone can help me with a minor issue we're currently having.

We have a Project site in SharePoint that allows AD users to create project sites. The user in question can create new sites through other user laptops and PCs but receives a 404 not found Error when creating the site and then attempting to access it (this applies to all users attempting access)on her own laptop device so it's not User specific.

Are their any conflicting browser settings beyond cookies and allowed sites that might exist on her laptop or the likes to throw up this issue?
