Claims authentication

Hi, 

We updated the certificates and the provider uri also for claims authentication. After that all users are getting the access denied error. But if add all authentication users with read access, user able to access but instead of user name, some code like s-12-...... is shown. 

How can we have access back as earlier with correct user name.
