How to design SharePioint 2010 farm for 1Lakh users

Dear Team,

I don't have good knowledge in SharePoint Admin / Architect. Have one question below :-

I have to design/create new setup for SharePoint 2010, Around 1 Lakh users are going to use this application. 

Want to know high level points how to design and Setup new SharePoint 2010 Server. Please advice.
