We've recently completed 'in place' upgrade of SQL 2005 to SQL 2008 R2. The issue we are facing currently is the databases for below service applicaions are set to not responding.

User Profile Service Application_SocialDB_5e8acf9c206d4a6296f196d043e1b7f5
WebAnalyticsServiceApplication_ReportingDB_b32747a9-c0a4-44e9-9703-acc8e8c40aa8
Search_Service_Application_CrawlStoreDB_cec0283ea23140b7b6ca447072a0c34f
I want to understand why the databases are set to not responding and what do i have to do to update the service applicaions?
