Sharepoint 2007 - 2010 Upgrade : UserProfileApplicationSequence [ERROR]

Hi There, 

I am in upgrading sharepoint 2007 to 2010. Run setup successfully. When run Sharepoint Products and Tech Configuration Wizard it's fail. Log file says :
