Sharepoint 2010 Navigation Settings Saving Issue

Hi ,

I have this strange issue with  Navigation Setting in Site Settings, I am using Sharepoint 2010 Foundation server, i have SharePoint Server Publishing Infrastructure feature Activated.

when i make any changes in Current Navigation i.e. Link Title or Audience target & click SAVE Button. it doesn't show ant error message but ot doesn't Save my Changes.
