People and Groups page only shows 30 groups

I recently upgraded my SharePoint 2007 site to SharePoint 2010. When I go to the "People and Groups" section within 2010 I now only see the "top" 30 results in the alphabetical list of groups. There are a lot more than that, but they don't show up on the list and there is no paging option either.

If I click on the "Group" table heading to sort the groups in descending order, I can see the "bottom" 30 results. The Group Quick Launch shows a lot more than 30 results, so all of the groups definitely have moved over from one system to the other during the upgrade. The problem seems to be that the paging in the People & Groups page doesn't work.

Is there some kind of setting I am missing here?
