Unable to reach Excel Calculation Services

Hello,

I am receiving these errors on one of my WFE "Unable to reach Excel Calculation Services " & "There was an error in communicating with Excel Calculation Services 'HTTP://URL 'exception: The remote server returned an error: (503) Server Unavailable"

Anybody know of a resolution ?
