SharePoint 2010 WFE server getting freezes ( hard disk crash issue) and doing force restart. CA hosted in WFE when its freezing all applications unable to access.

Hi Guys,

We have sharepoint 2010 three tier farm (app+Wfe+DB Server). Central Admin hosted into the WFE server and all web applications on Wfe server name ex: http://wfe server/.

When server getting freezes all site collections are unable to open. but we are able to ping the wfe server at this moment we are doing force restart. We found windows system logs related NTFS C&D drive crashes run checkdsk command. Then we raised microsoft ticket but unfortunately microsoft support got over for windows server 2008 r2.

My doubt is, If I add the new WFE with CA to the existing farm and remove which wfe has facing hard disk issue. It will resolve issue.

Please guide me for how to resolve the issue.
