Error after changing domain name

Hi.

Environment: 
All OS: Windows Server 2008 R2
Forest Level: Windows Server 2008 R2
SqlServer 2008R2 and Sharepoint 2010 are installed on different servers.
All patches applied.

Story:
I need to do a test to make sure that sharepoint server can be recovered after changing domain name.
I changed domain name from Test.Local to Test.Com.
After fixing the dns things, rerunning wizard, central administrative site recovered. but when I access a site, i got permission issues, error 4625. I have to make this server leave domain and join again to fix this.
But now, there is another problem. When I access a site, I get an unexpected error has occurred. In Windows event log, I get this:
Load control template file /_controltemplates/HelpPageTopNavBar.ascx failed: Thread was being aborted.

How to fix it? Thanks.
