user profile Sync service stuck on starting sharepoint 2013 !!

Hi,

my current environment is SharePoint 2013. we have one app server and one WFE server.

suddenly my user profile synchronization got stopped after reboot the server. when i start it. it is getting stuck on stating!!

i have checked the below things !!

step 1: SPFarm accountant is added into the local administrator group

step 2: User Profile Sync Service is not starting on other servers.

step 3: The Security Token Service Application Pool is started only

step 4:  the User Profile Sync Service account is a member of “WSS_WSP” and “WSS_Admin_WPG” group.

step 5: i did IISRESET and tried to start it but it did not work.

Step 6: i have used power-shell command(start-spserviceinstance ID)

step 7: i have cleared the configuration chache on both servers. and tried to start using the powershell command. but no luck still it is stuck on starting


could you please suggest me on this !!
