SharePoint 2010 Timer Job randomly failing every day

SharePoint 2010 Timer Job is randomly failing every day, because the Admin Account which is running that service is locking out. This is impacting outgoing emails and workflows in production.

Unable to determine what the issue could be.

The farm is on the April 2012 CU (Not the retrogressed one) and I'm installing June 2012 CU shortly.

Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.
