I need support for email delivery on sharepoint 2013

I have configured the SMTP mail server and then tested it on the SMTP server, then sending the email successfully,

I went to sharepoint centeradmin and configured Outbound SMTP and From address server on sharepoint. I have thoroughly tested it and all my configurations are correct.
I tested the command as the picture below, it returned false, my system could not send email alert and workflow,
I need help.
