Hello,
I have to implement auditing on my sharepoint farm. I was going through various blogs. Many have suggested that I go to the Information Management Policies using the site collection policies and enable auditing there. Many other have suggested to go to Site Collection Audit settings and then configure it accordingly.
Can any one guide me which option should I select and what is the difference between the two? Any indepth thoughts would be highly appreciated.
I also got the audit log excel sheet generated, but it would be tough for the end user to understand. Is there any way that can be handled properly?
