Comparision between Ave Point & ControlPoint

We are planning to go for SharePoint administration / maintenance tool for MOSS 2007. After little research, we think that Ave Point & Control Point are good candidates to look for. I hope there would a comparison chart (between these 2 products) or white paper already available in any forum. Can anyone share the details, as this would help us make correct decision?

Backup / restore SharePoint lists
Bulk update lists using find/replace
Migration of list/libraries between environments
Partitioning of single site collection into multiple (we want to partition site based on Business units)
