Migrate Lotus Connections to SharePoint 2010

We currently have a few community's in Lotus Connections that need to be migrated to SharePoint 2010.

I've been searching the web for tools but all I seem to be able to find is migrating from Lotus Notes to SharePoint.

The main area we've run into is some community's have multiple activity's with multiple entries that need to be moved to a SharePoint site.

Has anyone migrated data from Lotus Connections to SharePoint, and if so what tools did you use?
