SharePoint Migration 2007 to 2010

Hi,

I had follawed the migration process and migrated the entire sharepoint 2007 sites to sharepoint 2010, Completed visvual upgrade. Now I want to migrate the newlly updated data on the 2007 site onto 2010 and make 2010 live . How can I do this?
