Creating Webapplication creating virtual directories only in CentralAdmin server NOT on WFE

We have 4 servers.

2 CentralAdmin servers and 2 WFE servers.

I created a web application and got successfully created. But the Virtual Directory is created on CentralAdmin servers but NOT on WFE. Please advise what could be the issue here?

I did not see any error but there is NO virtual directory on WFE's.
