After applying target audience - users cannot see the webpart (while they should)

Hi there,

I have a web part that is restricted by Target Audience to AD group "Salaried Employees".
I expect members of Salaried Employees to be able to see this web part; But they canNOT see this web part. 

Any clue on what is going wrong here please?
