non-existent membership group - Target Audience - SharePoint 2010

Hi there, I use SharePoint 2010.

 On DEV and UAT servers in SharePoint User Profiles and Target Audience work all good.

On live server the target audience do not show complete membership for many of the audience I checked.
AND
One of the Audience rule (Where user is member of Sales) throws this error:

Non-existent Membership group (1C40455D-E5FB-45C5-8B49-E107F5BBD9BD)

Any clue what is wrong? 

PS: MIISCLIENT.EXE shows all success and no errors at all. I had full synchronization already. IIS reset is done as well.
