Bulk import files into document library using csv

What's the best way (or may be there are already some cool Power-Shell can do this) to bulk import files from file share using a csv file which has bunch of metadata (string, choice, date/time and managed metadata type columns) columns and reference for the location of the file.

for example: (signeddate=date only; zone = managed metadata; priority =choice field; path is string in csv only)
