Upgrade from Sharepoint WSS 3.0 to Sharepoint 2010 and bring aboard MS Project Serve 2010

Hello,

I have an environment where I have a single server running Windows Server 2003 (32 bits)  and SharePoint WSS 3.0.

I have  new server with Windows 2008R2 (64 bits)  and would like to upgrade to SharePoint Server 2010 and run MS Project server in the same server. The SQL database is located in the same server.

Does anybody know the steps or care I need to have and the proper order to make this upgrade?
