I browsed a few existing questions but none of them are relevant for my case.
I have two virtualBox instances with Windows 2008 Server running.
One is the domain controller
The other is MS SQL 2008 and Sharepoint 2010
When I ran the SP Config Wizard I supplied domain users
All my AppPool identities are running under domain users
Authentication mode is Windows and not claims
I created the web application ok.
However when creating the site collection, I am unable to supply collection administrator because the peoplepicker cannot find any users at all.
Any help appreciated. thx.
