Rename SharePoint site

Hello,

In my infrastructure i have multiple explicites inclusions, one for each of my organizations. Sp site URL looks like : http://sharepoint.domain.com/orgA/, http://sharepoint.domain.com/orgB/

One spsite have url : http://sharepoint.domain.com/sites/intranet_test.

Is it possible to rename in to : http://sharepoint.domain.com/orgC/intranet_test ?

I have tried  :  Set-SPSite http://sharepoint.domain.com/sites/intranet_test/ -Url http://sharepoint.domain.com/orgC/intranet_test but it's not working
