Restored site trying to reference old URL

I restored a site collection to a new farm using a .bak created from the CA UI. I have made some headway in cleaning it up, but it is still making reference to the old site. I'm hoping someone has experience in cleaning this kind of thing up.

So lets say the old URL is "oldsite.com" and the new site is "site.com". I have added "oldsite.com" to the AAM for "site.com" as an internal URL.

This is occurs in the log over and over.

The site itself is fully functional, aside from a 30 - 45 second load time. Any help diagnosing the root of the problem and resolving it is appreciated.
