Remove i:0#.w with UserName from complete WebApplication in SharePoint 2010

<p>Hi Guys,</p><p>We configured Claim based Authentication along with Form based Authentication, so when user request to Access for a site. A email generated but in this email before user name these&nbsp;"<strong>i:0#.w"</strong>characters added. I know its default behaviour of SharePOint 2010 when Claim Based configured with Form based authentication. </p><p>Is there any way to remove this characters from Username by using power shell script for all users not with only a single user. As active directory contains more then 50 thousands employees so can't change individually.</p><p>Please suggest.</p><p>Thanks,</p><p>Fahad Khan</p><p></p>
