Another Disabled account in peoplepicker question

Hi,

I'm using SharePoint 2010.

I want to show the disabled users in the peoplepicker. I've put the ldap query mentioned in this post http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/sharepointdevelopmentprevious/thread/48e8a15e-972b-4d73-95c2-d94875d2cd0c

but it doesn't work. I also tested these queries (http://ratnakerpingili.blogspot.be/2012/05/ad-user-in-sharepoint-people-picker.html) but they are not showing up :s

Can anyone help me please to get the enabled and disabled users showing up in the peoplepicker?
