How do I edit a path without rebuilding the site?

I have a site running in a managed path http://sharepoint/hdh/CTPProject and I have been asked to edit the path to be http://sharepoint/hdh/CTP.

How can I do this without rebuilding entiretly?

Server is 2008 R2 and running MOSS 2010
