Can't Drag and drop files from windows explorer to Outlook Email due to permission issue??

Hi,

Trying to drag and drop files from sharepoint windows explorer to outlook Email. For myself is working fine but other users they are facing problem saying "You don't have permissions to do that". they can drag and drop files once they will save files into desktop and then drag and drop files into outlook email. so what could be the issue? what kind of settings i need to do in user laptop.
