User Profile Property (Country) Sharepoint 2010

hi,

i have mapped the Country user profile property with import direction and it is working fine but the problem is when i change the country property direction to export it is not working 

i want to say that when i Edit the country in Sharepoint user profile the change is not reflecting in Active Directory
