one or more servers is not responding sharepoint 2010

One of my WFE lost network connection and we rejoint it to the network. The CA shwo an error "one or more servers is not responding". We read some blog for solution and we did restart the SPTimerV4 but the server still does not respond. There is no job for that WFE running on the CA.

What else can we do to solve this problem.
