External content type in SharePoint Designer

Hi,

my problem is: I created more external content type in SPD, but my colleague if open the sharepoint designer, then they not see this external content types. I add this user to the administrator group and set the permission in the CA - Business Data Services.

I don't understand, where is the problem.
