Migrating from MOSS 2007 to sharepoint 2010

Hi,

I am planning to migrate from MOSS 2007 to sharepoint 2010. I have sites running on MOSS 2007 with out of box features as well as custom WSPs. Can anyone please provide me the migration strategies which includes h/w dependency, migrating custom code etc. Any related link or document will be appreciated.
