Javascript not working on AAM

Hello,

I am getting js errors on my Intranet site whenever I use an AAM to access it. If I use the fully qualified domain, myintranet.domain.com, for example, everything works fine. The site is set up on Port 80 with the FQD as the host header. The AAM is added to that site's mappings as type "Intranet" on the same port.

Error on page starts with:

None of the ribbons load, none of the web parts can be edited. Yet they all work if I use the FQD. There are no errors in Event Viewer nor in the SP logs. Any ideas what is wrong?

Thanks.
