I have a document library where one of the document columns is a lookup field to a calendar list of meetings (Møde). Therefore, when users create a new document, they are able to tie documents to meetings, like so:

However, if I edit the same document’s metadata in MS Word 2010, I only get the following list of meetings:
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/182484/ss2.png
Half of them are missing.
I’ve compared the metadata of “missing” calendar events with the ones that show, and I don’t see any pattern. I checked that it isn’t just filtering out all meetings in the past. Some future meetings are missing as well.
This is only recently occurring on the client's environment – both on test and prod – and there haven’t been any recent deploys or configuration changes that I’m aware of. I haven't installed any SharePoint updates since going live, and MS Word hasn't been updated either. The only recent updates are Windows Updates to the servers hosing SharePoint: KB2817183, KB2813347, KB2813170, and KB2808735.
Any ideas as to what’s going on?
(I would have loved to include embedded images, but apparently TechNet considers my account unverified without offering any clues as to how I can verify it.)
