WEB ANALYTICS WORKS AT SITE COLLECTION LEVEL BUT THROWS A ERROR AT CENTRAL ADMIN

Hi ,

I have been working on a issue where my WEB ANALYTICS is broken but I fixed it where it works good at Site Collection level but throws a error at Central Admin level.

1. Verified that the .USAGE files are being generated on the servers recently.
2. Verified that the SharePoint Logging database (LoggingDB) contains current information

But I am able not to figure out the error.

Can anyone let me fix this issue.
