Sharepoint 2010 migration: Feature upgrade incomplete for Feature 'Ctypes'

Migrating from MOSS to 2010.

I have removed faulty features, but I get 2 errors in my "failed" uograde status. In my logs.. error is "

Feature upgrade incomplete for Feature 'Ctypes' (Id: '695b6570-a48b-4a8e-8ea5-26ea7fc1d162') in Site '<Site collection url>'. Exception: A duplicate content type name "Form" was found."

For other ctypes such as "Resources" I was able to find a duplicate resource content type which I renamed and solved the error but I was not able to find a duplicate "form" content type in the SharePoint Manager 2010.

It will be helpful if anyone can answer this immediately.
