Does not get the PreferredName correctly from another domain

Hello, 

I have used peoplepicker-searchadforests command to get user accounts from another domain to a new domain. (http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/sharepointadminprevious/thread/e5ae34d7-c979-4519-9d30-69c1d9152816)

In User Profile Service Application, it does not get the First Name and Last Name, that it is not an issue for me, but it also does not get the PreferredName. It displays PreferredName as Domain\username! Is there anyway to get PreferredName from another domain correctly?
